This could include finding trusted boarding services/calling to schedule boarding, find a dog walker, or any other needs you may have for your pets .

This would include anything from finding a trusted vet in your area, making appointments, reminders for routine vaccinations and/or medications/preventatives.

If you have routine maintenance needs or something that needs repairing, this would include finding a reliable company or calling the company you prefer and being able to schedule that for you. This could also include contacting and receiving quotes for how much each service/company would cost you.

I haven’t navigated this part of parenting yet so I’m not sure of what all the mental load entails. If you have something in mind whether it be finding or signing up for sports classes or dance or finding after school care I would love to take that off your plate.

Includes looking for activities for you and your toddler in your area. Examples: swim lessons, gymnastics, children’s museums nearby, zoos, parades, fairs, music classes, free activities in your area (mom groups, library days)

This would include looking for childcare options in your area, finding what is most important to you for childcare, looking for availability, finding out what the cost is, and putting on waitlists or setting up a visit with the provider.

I spent so much time looking for age appropriate activities, toys, and what milestones she would be striving for next. This would include any age range or information you are interested in.

At three weeks old we found out my daughter had a dairy and egg allergy and I was breastfeeding so I had to cut them both out of my diet. This would include finding allergen safe brands or replacements for your groceries, or calling ahead to restaurants to find allergen safe options on their menu.

Includes any product you may need for your baby, whether you want the highest safety rating or the most budget friendly or a mix of whatever is the most important to you.

Research and/or reaching out to find someone who will best fit your needs. Whether that be virtual with your baby in your arms or in person appointments at a location near you. This would also include finding someone who takes your insurance and/or fits in your budget.

“How to help” guides, whether that be how to help around the house, how to help with the baby, how to avoid postpartum depression. A customizable list for loved ones to refer back to based on what you might need that day.

I found this easier than answering similar question to “what can I do to help?” or “what laundry soap do you use one the baby clothes?”.
